Accessibility & ADA Services

We are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all. Find basic information below regarding accessibility services. 

ADA Designated Parking

Located in the parking lot directly north west of UCCU Center. A valid ADA placard but by displayed on your dashboard of license plate for entry. Spots are available on a first come, first served basis.

Vehicles may be permitted to enter the lot to drop off patrons in front of the ADA entrance, but must vacate the lot after drop off. Vehicles dropping off that do not vacate lot may receive a ticket or be towed at their expense.

 

Wheelchairs & Mobility Devices

Wheelchairs are available if needed at the Management Office - located on the first level of UCCU Center. A signed agreement and government issued ID must be provided to management staff to check out a wheelchair. ID’s will be returned when wheelchair is turned back in.

UCCU Center does not assume liability for any unattended items, including mobility devices. All items are left at your own risk.

 

Service Animals

We welcome service animals defined by The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. Certified service animals with proper designation are welcome at our events. Service animals must be on a leash at all times and cannot be disruptive to other guests. Animals without this designation, such as emotional support, comfort and therapy animals, are considered pets and are not allowed in the venues or on campus at UVU.

 

Elevators & Entrances

The ADA entrance is located on the west side street level of UCCU Center, directly through the Ticket Office doors. Elevators are at the end of both the north and south hallways of the first level.

Seating

ADA seating is reserved on the North and South sides of the arena, in sections 1 ,2, 3, 9, 10, 11 and 12. Accessible floor seating varies based on event. If floor seating is desired, please contact our ticket office as early as possible to see if accommodation can be arranged in these areas @ +1 801 863-7907.

 

Assistance

If you or another patron needs assistance, ushers wearing branded name tags can be found at all events. Additionally an EMT is on location for all major events. Signal to any usher or employee if you need medical assistance*. 

*The EMT on site is not allowed to administer any medication (i.e. aspirin, ibuprofen, etc.).

 

Medical Items & Bags

If you have a medical condition that requires additional supplies, these are permitted after inspection. This includes but is not limited to oxygen tanks, diabetes kits, feeding pumps, etc. All ADA items should be inspected and enter through the west side, street level ADA entrance.
