Commencement Event Info: Join us for UVU Commencement 2025. President Tuminez and other speakers will address the 2024-2025 graduating class and congratulate the graduates on their hard work. The ceremony also includes a processional march, pomp and circumstance, and the awarding of honorary degrees. All graduates will stand together to officially move their tassels and graduate from Utah Valley University!

Convocation Event Info: Convocation is a chance for each school and college to gather their graduates. You'll have the chance to hear from key note speakers from specific college or schools and cheer on your family and friends as they receive their UVU diploma cover.

Policies:
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS.
- Please leave all non-essential items at home or in your vehicle.
- We welcome service animals defined by the ADA to provide assistance to an individual

- Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals; and are not permitted inside UCCU Center or on campus at UVU.

Prohibited Items
For the comfort and safety of all, the following items are not permitted inside the arena:
- Alcohol
- Aluminum cans, thermoses, and glass bottles
- Artificial noisemakers, airhorns, and whistles
- Beach balls, frisbees, bats, clubs or any projectile
- Clothing or signs displaying explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization toward any person(s)
- Coolers and ice chests
- Cameras and audio recording devices
- Drones
- Face coverings (masks that cover more than just the mouth and nose)
- Fireworks, lighters and vapes
- Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Large stadium seats or camp chairs
- Laser Pens/Pointers
- Personal heaters
- Poles, selfie-sticks, tripods, and monopods
- Weapons* (knives, pepper spray, mace, chains, spiked bracelets, brass knuckles, etc)
Policy:
All permissible bags are subject to search. The UCCU Center reserves the right to inspect and remove any packages or items that are not permissible in the venue. UCCU Center Management reserves the right to prohibit any other item(s) as deemed necessary.
