Ticket Policy
All tickets are non-transferrable. Once a ticket is purchased it may not be used by another guest to enter the venue, even if the original guest is leaving.
UVU Sporting Events: Children six and older require a ticket.
All other events (unless otherwise noted): All patrons are required to buy a ticket.
Re-entry: Guests who leave the UCCU Center and wish to return must have their ticket stub, or a stamp on their hand (depending on the event). There are some events where NO re-entry is allowed.
Will Call: For will call tickets go to window #6 of the ticket office. Will call tickets for Flash games are available in the south lobby.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found articles should be turned into the UCCU Center Ticket Office, or given to a staff member working the event.
If you have lost something in the UCCU Center please call the Ticket Office at 801-863-7469 or the management office at 801-863-8767.
There is also a Lost and Found located at the Campus Police Department. That number is: 801-863-8014.
- Guests should not take any action that inhibits the progress of any game or event.
- Guests should avoid clothing that could potentially distract other guests or diminish the ability of other guests to enjoy any game or event.
- Guests should avoid the use of foul or abusive language and refrain from making obscene gestures
- Guests should refrain from any display of affection inappropriate in a public setting.
Depending on the event doors typically open 1 hour prior to the start of the event.
Concession stands are open for most events in the North concourse between Quads 1 and 4.
Hot dogs, hamburgers, pretzels, candy and drinks are just some of the available foods sold.
No outside food or drinks, including bottled water, are allowed in the UCCU Center.
All public address announcements are carefully scripted for each event. It is not possible for guests to facilitate any personal announcements during an event unless there is an emergency.
For your convenience there is an ATM machine located on the 2nd floor of the UCCU Center by the elevator on the north side of the building.
All students who are members of The DEN must have their current DEN student ID in order to have free entry into UVU sporting events. No entry will be allowed without their card and NO exceptions will be made.
UVU Wolverine merchandise is for sale during UVU sporting events in the UCCU Center or Ballpark. Their booth is located near the seating area of Quad 1 on the 2nd level or in the concourse of the Ballpark when the weather allows.
The UCCU Center reserves the right to inspect all items brought into the facility. By using a ticket to enter the arena each guest consents to such a search and waives any related claims against UVU. Guests who refuse to consent to these searches will be denied entry into the arena. Additional security measures may be implemented to ensure the safety of all guests and personnel within the facility.
The following items are not allowed in the UCCU Center at any time:
- Air Horns or other artificial noise maker
- Alcoholic beverages
- Any food or drink (including bottled water)
- Balloons
- Cans or Containers
- Fireworks
- Glass
- Laser Pens/Pointers
- Plastic bottles
- Signs & Banners
- Umbrellas
- Audio or Video Recording Devices
- Wallet Chains, studded spikes, long chains
- Weapons (knives, guns, etc.)
In addition to the above list - for High School Events the following are also not allowed:
- Confetti
- Pom Poms
All advertisements and handouts must be approved prior to an event. You may not put handouts on parked cars without approval. For information call the Management Office at 801-863-8767.
During sporting events or concerts at the UCCU Center only authorized and properly credentialed personnel, or banded patrons will be permitted on the arena floor, before, during, or after an event. Any unauthorized person who enters the arena floor will be escorted off the floor or asked to leave.
All public/disability restrooms are located on the 2nd level. Men’s restrooms are located in Quads 1 and 3. Women’s restrooms are located in Quads 2 and 4.
Anyone selling items of any kind during an event must have the approval of the UCCU Center Director. This applies to sales both inside and outside of the UCCU Center and the UCCU Ballpark. Call 801-863-8767, option 6 for his secretary. In addition to the director's approval anyone selling food items must have the proper permits required by Utah County and the State of Utah.
The use of cellular phones is permitted inside the UCCU Center provided their use does not interfere with another guest’s ability to enjoy the event.
Utah State law prohibits smoking inside any building as well as within 25 feet from any entrance to the building. A smoking patio is available on the south side of the 2nd level. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the UVU Campus. Public intoxication may lead to ejection from the facility.
Restrictions on the use of still cameras vary by event. Video & recording equipment of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Strollers: If desired there are elevators located on the first floor for easier stroller access.
Diaper changing stations are located in the Women’s restrooms in Quads 2 and 4.
Lost Children: If you lose a child contact a staff member for assistance. If you find a lost child bring him/her to a staff member. Staff will ask for the assistance of the University Police in either situation.
Accessibility
During all of our events there are ushers or other staff members available to answer questions or help with problems that might arise.
Ushers will all be wearing the same outfit which will show that they are staff members.
Certified service animals with proper designation are welcome at the UCCU Center. Service animals must remain on a leash at all times and cannot be disruptive to other guests. Animals without this designation are considered pets and are not allowed in the venue.
For your convenience, elevators are located in both the north and the south hallways of the first level lobby in the UCCU Center.
Safety
An EMT is on location for all major events.The EMT is not allowed to administer any type of medication (i.e. aspirin, ibuprofen, etc.). An ambulance will be called if the situation is deemed necessary,If you are in need of an EMT during an event please speak to a staff member and they will locate him.Emergency EvacuationsIn the event of an emergency, the UCCU Center staff will assist patrons with the evacuation of the building.
Police officers are positioned throughout the UCCU Center during most events. If you need a police officer and cannot locate one please ask a member of the staff. The campus police number: 801-863-5555
AED (Automated External Defibrillator) devices are available in Quad 1 (northwest corners) of Levels 1 and 2 of the UCCU Center. If assistance is needed to use the device please contact the center office or the EMT on staff for the event.
If you must contact a guest during an event due to an emergency please call the UCCU Center Office at 801-863-6175. Staff and University Police officers will do their best to locate them quickly inside the venue.
