Event Info: YUNGBLUD brings his IDOLS The World Tour to Orem on May 13, 2026 with special guest RETURN TO DUST. Don't miss your chance to see this live performance at UCCU Center!
- Door open: 7 PM
- Event starts: 8 PM
- Line up begins: 7 AM

VENUE INFORMATION:
- ARRIVE EARLY: Plan extra time to find parking, clear security and locate your seat before the
start of the event.
- LINE UP: Patrons may begin lining up on campus at 7:00 AM on the day of the event. For the safety and consideration of students, staff, and neighboring facilities, overnight camping or early lineup is not allowed. Anyone arriving or lining up prior to 7 AM may be asked by campus police to leave and return once campus opens.
- METAL DETECTORS IN USE: All event attendees are required to clear security before entry. Be prepared by
leaving any and all items possible at home. Any permissible bags will be checked prior
to entry.
- If you have a internal medical device that may be affected by a metal detector, alert event security for an alternate security screening.
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK.
- ADA SERVICE ANIMALS: We welcome service animals defined by the Americans with Disabilities ACT (ADA) to
provide assistance to an individual with a disability.
- Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are NOT considered service animals; and are NOT permitted inside UCCU Center or on campus at UVU.
BAG POLICY:
- No bags, backpacks or purses allowed in venue. Leave all non-essential items at home or in your vehicle.
- Small clutch 5" x 8" or smaller are permitted.

- Medically necessary bags permitted after inspection. ADA entrance located on West side street level of UCCU Center.
- All persons and bags are subject to search. UCCU Center reserves the right to remove any packages or items that are not permissible in the venue or prohibit any items as deemed necessary
PARKING at UCCU Center and Utah Valley University:
- UCCU Center visitor lot is located on the West side of the venue, this lot is highlighted BLUE and is reserved for ADA parking.
- Event parking is permitted in the following UVU lots on event days: L3, L5, L8, and L14. These lots are highlighted in YELLOW.
- Overflow parking is located on the West side of I-15 in Lot W1, highlighted in PURPLE. When using the overflow lot, take the pedestrian bridge over I-15 for quick access to UCCU Center.
- Parking in another lot may result in a citation. If a citation is received, please contact UVU Parking Services at 801.863.8188 or parking@uvu.edu

Beat the congestion and take public transportation:
Take the Frontrunner and exit at the stop directly East of the W1 parking lot. After exiting the FrontRunner, take the pedestrian bridge over I-15.

If you are experiencing the symptoms of illness you should stay home. In accordance with CDC and Utah Health Department guidelines we recommend wearing a mask and washing your hands frequently.

Directions, Parking and Transportation
Prohibited Items
For the comfort and safety of all, the following items are not permitted inside the arena:
- Alcohol
- Aluminum cans, thermoses, and glass bottles
- Artificial noisemakers, airhorns, and whistles
- Beach balls, frisbees, bats, clubs or any projectile
- Clothing or signs displaying explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization toward any person(s)
- Coolers and ice chests
- Cameras and audio recording devices
- Drones
- Face coverings (masks that cover more than just the mouth and nose)
- Fireworks, lighters and vapes
- Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Large stadium seats or camp chairs
- Laser Pens/Pointers
- Personal heaters
- Poles, selfie-sticks, tripods, and monopods
- Weapons* (knives, pepper spray, mace, chains, spiked bracelets, brass knuckles, etc)
Policy:
All permissible bags are subject to search. The UCCU Center reserves the right to inspect and remove any packages or items that are not permissible in the venue. UCCU Center Management reserves the right to prohibit any other item(s) as deemed necessary.
